MEDICLAIM COVERS AYURVEDA
The district Consumer court has imposed Rs 5,000 cost besides directing a mediclaim insurance company to pay Rs 14,453 to a Khed resident for wrongly rejecting his claim on the grounds that he was treated for typhoid by an ayurveda practitioner instead of an allopathic doctor.
